Room charge:
> $35 per hour up to a two hour rental.
> Each additional charge half-hour will be billed at $20.
> Rental charge payment is required to confirm reservation date.
> Room charge includes cost of staff, housekeeping and maintenance.
> Rental time includes rental set-up and breakdown and arrival and departure of guests.

During seasonal weather, in additional to the classic interior warmth of The Lincoln Room, our outdoor Courtyard is available for rent.
A special grill menu is available with a Courtyard rental.

Number of Lincoln Room Guests:
>> Minimum - 15
>> Maximum seated - 25
>> Maximum standing - 35

Event food and beverage charge per Person: $15.00
Gratuities and sales tax are not included.

Event menu includes tea sandwiches, dessert plate of scone, cookies and other assorted desserts, with Devonshire and lemon curd, and pot of loose leaf tea or beverage.
Quiche, soups, and salads are available for an additional charge.

BYOB available with minimal flat charge for set-up.
